Licence

What you may do with the code. The short version: build whatever you like with it, do not resell it as a starter kit.

You may

Use the code to build unlimited end products, commercial or not, and ship them under your own name with no attribution required.

Modify anything. Keep your changes private. Put your products behind a paywall.

On the Studio plan, use it for client work and hand the finished product to the client.

You may not

Redistribute the code, or a lightly changed version of it, as a boilerplate, template, starter kit or course. That is the product itself rather than something built with it.

Publish it in a public repository, share your repository access, or resell your licence.

Seats

Launch covers one project and one developer. Studio covers unlimited projects and the developers inside your company. Neither is counted by software; we are trusting you and asking you to be straight with us.

Third party code

The kit depends on open source packages that carry their own licences, and none of this overrides them. Where a file came from elsewhere, its original licence header stays on it.
