What we hold

Your email address, so you can sign in and we can send your licence. Your GitHub username, so the repository invite can be sent. Your orders and licence keys. That is the whole list.

We do not store card details. Payment is handled by Stripe, who are the only ones who see them.

Where it lives

The database is hosted by Supabase in Paris. Email is sent through Resend in the EU. Both are inside the European Economic Area, so your data does not leave it for us to run the service.

Who else sees it

Stripe, for payment and tax. GitHub, to send your repository invite. Resend, to deliver email. Vercel, which hosts the site. Nobody else, and we do not sell anything to anyone.

How long

Order and invoice records are kept for ten years because French accounting law requires it. Everything else is deleted when you ask.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection, under the GDPR. Write to hello@tryshipnow.com and we will act within a month. You can also complain to the CNIL.

Cookies

One cookie, which keeps you signed in. There is no analytics or advertising cookie, so there is no consent banner to click away.
