Refund policy

How to get one

Reply to your licence email, or write to hello@tryshipnow.com from the address you bought with. Say you want a refund. That is the whole process.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within five working days, and always the full amount including tax.

The window

Thirty days from purchase. After that we will still read your email, and if something is genuinely broken we will still sort it out, but the automatic right ends.

What happens to your access

Repository access is removed when a refund is issued, and the licence is void. Anything you learned from the code is yours to keep; we have no way to take that back and no wish to.

Your statutory rights

As an EU consumer you normally waive the fourteen day withdrawal right when you get immediate access to digital content. This policy is more generous than that, and it does not replace any right you have that we cannot exclude.
